Meet Award-Winning Personal Training Specialist Vyshnavi Sivakumaran.
There is a profoundly empowering experience that comes as you gain control of your health and wellness. I learned this important lesson after a personal breaking point in my life. Through the strength building benefits of powerlifting, I burned fat, built muscle, and battled my way to the strongest version of myself I have ever known. I never imagined being able to deadlift 270lbs off the ground, but I have done that and found confidence in myself to accomplish more.
Over the past 6 years, I have seen the results that follow consistency and challenging levels of intensity. I have experienced it myself and have witnessed it through a number of my clients. I have had the honor to work with different people from a variety of backgrounds. We all have different needs and goals, but we all come to fitness to find solutions. My passion is empowering my clients to overcome any obstacle and achieve their goals by finding solutions that work for them.
I look forward to meeting you to discover the silver lining in your challenges and to turning adversity to advantages. Let’s focus on your strengths and create a new chapter on improving YOU.

Jennifer Hicks

Jennifer Hicks is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Size Inclusive Fitness Specialist trained in a variety of different movement modalities, which include the Nia Technique and the Groove Method. Using a weight-neutral & inclusive approach, Jennifer has taught hundreds of fitness classes across the world and here in Canada.

WIth my combined experience in powerlifitng and olympic lifting, I have assisted a diversity of different bodies. Though the athletic experiences I have undergone, I understand what it takes to bring life back into your body. As a mother of three beautiful girls, I model them what it takes to be a strong woman of colour that knows how to rest and find ways to rejuvenate by taking care of my self. I am excited to meet you and assist you on your journey of health & wellness.
